Panther has executed of over $685,000,000 of multifamily investments across approximately 5,000 units since inception. Prior to forming Panther, David co-founded Compass Realty Associates, LLC, a private equity real estate firm that has owned and/or managed approximately 2 million square feet of retail, office, and hotel property throughout New England. He was responsible for the procurement of all debt including short term, bridge, mezzanine, and permanent financing. At Panther, David developed and managed the firm’s investment plan including: acquisition selection, investment underwriting, capital structuring, corporate budgeting, and investor relations. David is also the Founder and CEO of AAM 15 Management, a hospitality investment and management company, focused on all facets of the firm’s investment and management strategy including: acquisitions, debt and equity financing, and dispositions.
